Join us the third Tuesday of each month from 7:00-8:30 pm Central Time for chanting, meditation, and Dharma practice co-hosted with Ronn Pawo McLane and Tod Meyers for this monthly meditation practice. No previous experience is necessary. We focus on the practical aspects of conscious awareness and mindfulness in our busy everyday lives.
